The tank must be completely free from of mud, dirt, rust, and grease. The two components of PU-COAT 2 must be stirred in its special container until the mixture is completely homogenous. Then the first coat is applied onto clean surface by using a brush or roller. After approximately 6 hours, a second coat is applied. If the application of the second coat is lagged, the first coat must be sandpapered because the surface will be too smooth.

PU-COAT 2 does not require any health and safety precautions because it does not contain any harmful materials. It can be safely used in closed spaces.
