Water impermeability of electrical junction boxes
After the electrical cables are properly connected, the junction box is locked. The openings where the cables exit are clogged with oakum. Emülzer Cable Insulation Paste, which was previously liquefied by heating to approximately 180°C, is poured from the plug of the junction box until it overflows from the hole. After waiting for a very short time to cool, soil filling can be done. Recently, instead of cast iron junction boxes, PVC waste water pipes can be used as seen in the pictures below. The application method is the same.
