Insulation of Metal Roofs
Metal roofs are often insulated because the joints between the panels leak water. For this purpose, our Purready UV-resistant, polyurethane-based liquid insulation product and strip geotextile can be used. The clean and dry metal surface is first primed with PU-Astar. Then, the first layer of Purready is applied and the strip geotextile is adhered immediately afterwards. After the first coat dries, the second and third coats of PURREADY are applied one day apart.
