FUGARE is a ready-to-use silicone with acrylic resin based joint filler. It is resistant to mold and fungal growth. It is flexible, non cracking, non-slump and water-resistant ceramic joint filler for indoor and outdoor useage.
Usage Areas
It can be used for filling the joint gaps of tiles,ceramics,marble, granite or old ceramic joints between 1-5mm. Thanks to its high flexibility, it gives an excellent result indoors and outdoors, on walls and floors.

Application
Make sure that the surface and air temperature is between +5 ° C and +30 ° C during the application of the FUGARE silicone joint filler. Before the application, the underlying adhesive must be cured. The joint gaps must be free from residues that prevent adhesion, and the surface must be free from dust and clean. The tip of the tube should be passed over the joint surface and the tube should be applied by squeezing. After the application, FUGARE residues should be removed with the help of a special spatula and the remaining parts should be cleaned with a damp sponge within the first 30-60 minutes before FUGARE dried completely. Joint depth should be maximum 5 mm. Slumps may occur In the areas which has more than 5mm depth. In this case, a second application of FUGARE is required after the surface dries. The working time is 5-10 minutes and the traffic time is 4 hours. Depending on the humidity and temperature of the environment, it gains resistance against water 24-36 hours after the application.
